Applies continuous back pressure to the pump and acts as an anti-syphon valve to prevent backflow.
Protects from overpressurization.
Vents gasses and vapors.
SENTINEL Injection Quills are designed to safely and efficiently disperse chemicals into process pipelines. The integral spring-loaded check disk prevents backflow of pressurized process fluid into the chemical feed when the pump is off or the chemical feed is disconnected.
Spill prevention for 1/2" - 2" AODD pumps.
Advanced spill prevention for complex environments.
Installed at the pump’s inlet, an inlet stabilizer acts as an accumulator to store fluid and release it back into the line as needed. Virtually all acceleration head loss is eliminated because the pump draws fluid from the dampener and not the pipeline, avoiding the risk of cavitation and ensuring complete chamber fill on each inlet stroke of the pump.
Pulsation dampeners for all pump applications using positive displacement pumps.
Pre-sized for AODD pumps.
Pulsation dampener and back pressure valve combined.
PVC columns with sealed, removable or loose PVC end caps.
Borosilicate glass columns with end caps in a variety of materials.
Without proper protection, process fluids regularly contaminate and damage inline instrumentation. SENTINEL Diaphragm Seals, also referred to as gauge guards or gauge isolators, employ a chemically resistant diaphragm to isolate and protect system instrumentation from corrosive process fluids, freezing and slurries.
Blacoh’s patented Hybrid Valve™ combines the steady flow control of a pulsation dampener with the regulation of a back pressure valve in a single unit that outperforms systems using a pulsation dampener in series with a back pressure valve. This simple and efficient design has a smaller footprint that is ideal for today’s more compact skid designs, fewer connections for fewer leak points, and flow stabilization technology to eliminate valve chatter.
At pump discharge for AODD pumps.
At pump discharge for hose and metering pumps.
The The AODDampener series is Blacoh’s most cost-effective dampener model for air operated double diaphragm (AODD) pumps. Designed exclusively for use with these types of pumps, this stainless steel dampener is pre-sized for pumps up to 3” and features a unique fully automatic air control to save on energy costs.
Pulsation dampeners and surge suppressors remove virtually all system shock to enhance performance, reliability, and safety in hose and metering pump applications. Prevent water hammer, minimize pulsation, eliminate vibration, and ensure a consistent and laminar fluid flow.

SPILLGUARD is a fully pneumatic spill containment system for ½” to 2” AODD pumps. It safely captures leaked product and automatically shuts down failed pumps, helping you avoid costly product loss and keep spills to a minimum.
Along with automatic pump shutdown and spill containment, SPILLSTOP gives you the flexibility to do more: connect backup pumps for immediate switchover, trigger alarms and whistles for instant on-site alerts, or seamlessly integrate with your facility’s SCADA/PLC panel.
