The AODDampener series is Blacoh’s most cost effective dampener model for systems using AODD pumps. Designed exclusively for use with air operated double diaphragm (AODD) pumps, this stainless steel dampener is pre-sized for pumps up to 3” and features a unique fully automatic air control to save on energy costs.

System Compatibility

With 316 stainless steel construction and a PTFE backed diaphragm, the AODDampener is compatible with most fluids and a wide range of both plastic and metal system materials.

Compact and lightweight. Easy to install and maintain. Models sized for 1”, 1.5“, 2” and 3” AODD pumps with NPT, BSP or ANSI flange connections.

ATEX certification available on all models.

Reduced Air Consumption

Save on overall system energy costs with the AODDampener’s unique automatic air control.

The fully automatic air control automatically adjusts to keep the dampener at optimum charge. Connected to a plant’s air supply line, the automatic air control reduces dampener air consumption by using only the air needed to adjust to changes in pump discharge pressure.
