Dear Diana:

Rarely do I get the opportunity to write to someone in appreciation, however the circumstances pertaining to this letter are quite unique.

Recently a new customer of ours was facing a tight deadline for a new plant start-up. They had a severe water hammer problem on a process line and could not start production until this problem was resolved. Unfortunately, we did not have the Blacoh pulsation dampener we needed in our local stock. We needed to ship a Blacoh surge suppressor next day air for California or it would delay the start-up production of the plant. This situation came to my attention on a Thursday afternoon at approximately 4:59 PM. placed my order with you at this time.

Now there had been many times where Blacoh Fluid Controls had pulled me out of a jam, however in this case time was not on my side. At 7:05 that same evening I received a phone call confirming that my Blacoh Sentry surge suppressor had been shipped UPS next day air at 6:56 PM!

Now I was quite impressed to hear this, however I wasn't prepared for what I was about to hear next.

Now only did Blacoh personally drive my package to the Ontario International Airport over 30 miles away, you actually stopped a UPS delivery truck in the middle of an intersection, passed the package to the driver and all the while holding up traffic just to ensure the package was delivered next day.

Now that's what I call service!!!!!

If there is anyone who is setting the standard for customer service it's Blacoh Fluid Controls!
